Please know that I’m thoughtful and selective about the athletes I work with at this stage of the recruiting process because I genuinely care about giving each player the best opportunity to be seen and valued by college coaches. While not every athlete will ultimately find a college roster spot, many talented players are simply overlooked. My goal is to recognize that potential, offer honest guidance, and help each athlete find the path that’s right for them.

Basically, HOW to get started and what will enhance the recruitment experience.
Making Sure You Stand Out: Build Real Connections with College Coaches!
I will help facilitate communication between your child and their prospective coaches. This includes assisting with email exchanges between the player and each school. I will provide a professional email template for the player to personalize before sending to coaches, and I’ll offer guidance after reviewing any correspondence. This service includes unlimited communication support for up to 5 schools.
The player will be responsible for sharing any incoming communication from coaches once the process begins. I will also help identify and filter out generic emails that may appear as genuine recruiting interest but are actually marketing efforts for camps.
My role is to build excitement and confidence for the player while presenting their potential in a way that captures a coach’s attention. All templates are prepared and ready to use. Once the player has sent an email and receives a response, I will work directly with them to review the content and plan the next steps.
Camp recommendations to enhance the players recruiting exposure & staying away from those money grabbing camps, that waste time and money!
I will create a personalized list of recommended camps specifically aligned with your son’s target schools and the coaching staff expected to attend. Attending the right camps is a critical part of the recruiting process, as it ensures both time and financial resources are used strategically.
Rather than investing in camps that offer little to no recruiting value, we will focus on those that provide maximum exposure to the coaches and programs of genuine interest. Along with the recommendations, I will provide camp dates, locations, and costs to help your family make informed and effective decisions throughout the recruiting journey.
Helping players prepare for phone calls or camps
When communicating with a coach, it’s important for the player to confidently discuss their skills and why they’re a good fit for the program. I’ll conduct a prep session beforehand to review key talking points and identify common interests by researching the coach’s profile. During camps, I’ll continue to remind and encourage the player to engage with coaches and emphasize the importance of being personable.
For each of the 5 schools chosen: I will review the roster, player graduation years, and overall makeup of the roster to determine if it is a good fit.
This is a crucial part of the recruitment process. If a team has too many foreign players or too many athletes in your child’s position, it may be wise to consider other schools. For example, a North Carolina program (not UNC or Duke) showed strong interest in my younger son, Jeremy. However, after reviewing their 32-player roster—with 19 foreign nationals—I had Jeremy ask the coach about it. The coach became defensive, confirming that it likely wasn’t the right fit.
Conversely, I encouraged Jeremy to look at Davidson, which had 24 players and only two foreign nationals. We attended their camp, had an excellent experience, and received very positive feedback—they currently have just one 2024 recruit.
Asking the right questions when communicating with coaches is essential, and I’ve learned those skills by experience.
Understanding these factors before adding a school to your list helps you avoid wasting time or money. Ultimately, the decision is yours, and I’ll provide guidance and support every step of the way.
